THE PROPERTY The Mamaki property is 160 acres, of which approximately half is well established and reasonably mature native bush, and the balance is a mix of regenerating manuka/bush, rolling pasture and grass flats.

Adjoining land includes a large Department of Conservation bush reserve, and other farm properties.

There are streams, wetlands, a dam, kiwis, other birds, and great bush walks on and around the property. There are also opportunities to have horses and do other country things. This is a great natural and free-ranging, environment for children and adults.
